Fancy ice cream, but don't fancy the standard varieties? Then check out this creamy ice cream composition with hazelnut puree, vegan white chocolate and chopped hazelnuts.
200 ml | Oat drink |
0 to taste | chopped hazelnuts |
30 | Erythritol (powdered) |
30 | Hazelnut puree |
50 | Tapiokasirup |
0 to taste | vegan white chocolate |
1 point of a knife | Locust bean gum |

Step 1/3
Mix all ingredients except chocolate and hazelnuts with a whisk. Pour into ice cream molds and freeze for a few hours.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath.

Remove ice cream from mold, coat with chocolate and roll in hazelnuts. Freeze again.
