Water20 g
Almond kernel80 g
Oatmeal0.5 Tsp.
Baking powder1 Tsp.
Cinnamon1 Pinch
Salt80 ml
Maple syrup160 g
Apple pulp160 g

Mix all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Step 2/5
Add apple pulp, maple syrup and water and stir until a smooth dough is formed.
Step 3/5
Leave to infuse briefly and meanwhile cut the apple into small pieces.
Step 4/5
Pour half of the dough into a baking pan lined with baking paper. Spread the apple on top and cover with the remaining dough.
Step 5/5
Bake the bars at 180 °C for about 30 minutes, let cool and cut into bar size.
