One Pot Lentil Pasta

A simple one-pot lentil pasta with onion, garlic, tomato paste, vegetable broth, strained tomatoes, red lentils, noodles, soy sauce, yeast flakes, spinach, oil, salt and pepper.

Ingredients for
1 Tsp.
Tomato paste
1 Pinch
Salt
1 Pinch
Pepper
1 UNIT
Onion
1 UNIT
Garlic clove
200 ml
strained tomatoes
80 g
Pasta
1 Shot
Soy sauce
1 Shot
Öl

Step 1/6

Cut the onion and garlic (if you use fresh) into small cubes. Prepare the vegetable broth and wash the lentils under cold water.

Step 2/6

Heat some oil in a pot and fry the onion and garlic until translucent.

Step 3/6

Add the tomato paste and stir-fry for a minute.

Step 4/6

Next, add the vegetable broth, strained tomatoes, lentils, pasta, salt and pepper to the pot. Stir well until the noodles are covered with the liquid. Then put a lid halfway on the pot and let the pasta simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 5/6

After the 10 minutes, add the soy sauce, yeast flakes and spinach to the pasta in the pot. Stir the whole thing and let it simmer for another 3 minutes.

Step 6/6

Taste the One Pot Lentil Pasta again after the cooking time.
