Pasta is a real feel-good food. And honestly, who doesn't like them? This pesto is a great homemade alternative to classic pesto.

Remove seeds from peppers and roast halves in oven for 20 minutes.
Step 2/5
Cook the pasta in salted water.
Step 3/5
Place the roasted bell pepper halves in a tall container with the remaining pesto ingredients and blend well with a hand blender.

Allow the pesto to cool.
Step 5/5
Mix the pasta and pesto and serve.
