You have a little longer time in the morning, or just want to prepare a warming snack? Then this recipe comes just in time. All you have to do is mix the necessary ingredients and fry the pancakes in a pan until golden brown. Bon appetite, enjoy it!

Ingredients for

Peanut butter

Cornstarch
60 g
Buckwheat flour
1 Pinch

Step 1/7

Combine the buckwheat flour, peanut flour, baking powder, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt in a bowl and mix well.

Add the vegetable drink and stir until the dry ingredients are completely dissolved and a uniform dough is formed.

Finally, stir in argan oil, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar and cashew puree.

Heat one tablespoon of coconut oil in a frying pan.

To fry the pancakes, it is best to put 2 tablespoons of the batter in the pan and form them into round pancakes.

Once bubbles have formed on the surface, the peanut pancakes can be turned over.

Top the finished pancakes as desired. We recommend melted chocolate, fresh berries, nuts and peanut butter. The pancakes taste best when they are still warm. Enjoy your meal!
