A dessert with your favorite jam?! Sounds heavenly and is made quickly.
0 to taste | Blueberries |
300 ml | 300 ml (soy) natural yoghurt |
0 to taste | Pistazien |
0 to taste | Coconut chips |
10 tbsp. | Soy Crispies |
2 tbsp. | Coconut blossom sugar |

Step 1/4
Divide 300 ml (soy) yogurt into two bowls and mix each with 1 tablespoon pistachio puree and 1 tablespoon coconut blossom sugar.

Step 2/4
Pour 5 tablespoons of soy crispies into a glass.

Step 3/4
Layer pistachio yogurt and coconut blossom sugar yogurt. Then repeat (layer of soy crispies, layer of pistachio yogurt, layer of coconut blossom sugar yogurt).

Garnish the dessert with blueberries, coconut chips and chopped pistachios
