Protein rich flash rice pudding

This rice pudding is not only super quick to prepare, it's also high in protein thanks to the addition of rice protein.
Step 1/3
Bring basmati rice and water to a boil in a saucepan and simmer for 12 minutes.
Step 2/3
Mix curd, protein powder and gua gum. Add to the pot and heat for another 2 minutes. Make sure that it does not boil.
Step 3/3
Sweeten with agave syrup and then serve with the berries.
