Protein vanilla wafers

Vegan waffles with almond flour, vanilla protein powder and apple cider vinegar.
100 ml
Plant drink50 g
Oatmeal1 Shot
agave syrup20 g
Almond flour1 Shot
Apple cider vinegar1 UNIT

First mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and gradually add the remaining ingredients. If the dough is too thick, you can add a little more vegetable drink, as needed.

Let the waffle batter swell briefly and then bake the waffles in a preheated waffle iron until no batter is left.

The waffles taste great in combination with yogurt, berries, nut puree or the date-hazelnut spread!
