Give your classic banana bread the ultimate kick with a pinch of pumpkin!

Protein powder vanilla (vegan)1 sachet
Baking powder100 g
Wholemeal flour1 Tsp.
Vanilla powder300 g
Pumpkin puree80 g
fine flour3 UNIT
large ripe bananas2 Tsp.
Cinnamon5 tbsp.
Date syrup or agave syrup1 as necessary

Preheat oven to 160 degrees.
Step 2/5
Blend bananas in a blender.
Step 3/5
Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and pour into a baking dish.
Step 4/5
Decorate with a banana and chocolate drops or walnuts as desired.
Step 5/5
Bake at 160 degrees convection for about 50 minutes.
