Preheat the oven to 160 °C top and bottom heat and line a baking tray with baking paper.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Spread the marinated peanuts on the baking tray. A small amount of oil and agave syrup should remain in the bowl.

Now toast the peanuts in the oven for seven minutes, turn them roughly with a spatula or wooden spoon and bake for another 7 minutes.

The nuts become crunchy after cooling.
