Dip it in or bathe in it? You decide. Nothing goes better with sushi, edamame or this soba noodle salad than our new organic sesame sauce.

Ingredients for
250 g
Sobanudeln
200 g
Edamame beans, frozen
0.5
Cucumber, cut into thin strips
3
small red chili, cut into fine rings
0.5 bunch
Koriander
1
Spring onion (only the green part) cut into fine rings
3 tbsp.
Sesame oil (alternatively olive oil)
2 tbsp.
Soy sauce
1 Tsp.
paprika powder
1 Tsp.
Garlic powder
6 tbsp.
warm water
1 tbsp.
Chiasamen
3 tbsp.
Flour
1 Pinch
Light and dark sesame seeds

Step 1/7

Pat the tofu thoroughly dry in a kitchen towel or kitchen roll. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade.

Step 2/7

Cut the tofu into quarters to make four equal slices. Cut them in half again diagonally and mix evenly with the marinade.

Step 3/7

Make a chia jelly from the water and chia seeds (mix and leave to stand for approx. 5 mins.).

Step 4/7

Coat the marinated tofu with flour, then cover it on all sides with the chia jelly and finally "dip" it in the sesame seeds.

Step 5/7

Generously cover the bottom of a frying pan with neutral oil and fry the thickly coated tofu pieces for approx. 5 mins on all sides over a medium heat until golden brown.

Step 6/7

Cook the soba noodles according to the packet instructions.

Step 7/7

Serve the noodles with the edamame and cucumber. Top with coriander, spring onions, chilli and pieces of tofu and drizzle with the sesame sauce.
