"Tofu tastes like nothing", "Tofu always tastes the same" - anyone who says that has no idea! It's true, tofu is very neutral in taste, but that's exactly why you have many different ways to process and season your tofu. There are no limits to your creativity. We have two delicious ideas for you, how you can easily prepare your tofu, so that it tastes really good!

Ingredients for
500 g
Honey(alternative)
1 UNIT
Garlic clove
1
A little chili powder
1 Pinch
Pepper
1 Pinch
Salt
1 tbsp.
Olive oil
0
Basil
1 UNIT
Ginger
2 tbsp.
Soya Sauce
120 ml
Lemons juice
1
small onion

Step 1/5

First, chop the ginger, onion and garlic clove and put them in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients and mix everything together.

Step 2/5

Then cut the tofu into small cubes and add it to the marinade (Our tip: squeeze the excess water out of the tofu before you use it, so that it gets nice and crispy with the searing).

Step 3/5

Then place the bowl in the refrigerator for at least one hour. So that the tofu is nicely marinated

Step 4/5

Then heat some oil in a frying pan, add the tofu cubes and wait until they turn golden brown. Ready

Step 5/5

The tofu cubes are now deliciously crispy on the outside and you can add them to any Asian dish.
