Turmeric pappardelle with creamy mushroom ragout

May we introduce: Our favorite hearty recipe! Look forward to a creamy mushroom ragout with delicious golden turmeric pappardelle!

Ingredients for
350 gram
Mushrooms
250 ml
Hafercreme
100 ml
Hot water
200 ml
White wine
2 tbsp.
Soy sauce
2
Onions
2
Garlic cloves
1 some
Petersilie
1 some
Olive oil
1 some
Salt
1 some
Pepper

Step 1/5

Finely dice the onions and garlic cloves and slice the mushrooms. Heat the olive oil in a deep pan and fry the onions until translucent.

Then add the mushrooms and fry until all the water has evaporated. Add the garlic and fry for a minute to release the flavors.

Next, deglaze the mushrooms with white wine and allow the liquid to boil away completely - we only want the flavors. Then add the water, oat cream, soy sauce and parsley and simmer until you have a creamy sauce.

Meanwhile, cook the organic turmeric pappardelle in salted water until al dente.

Step 5/5

Season the sauce to taste with salt and pepper. Then add the pappardelle to the sauce, mix well, garnish with a little parsley if desired and enjoy!
