Vegane Cashew Sour Cream

This vegan sour cream is the perfect dip for potatoes, vegetables, rice and co. Have fun trying it out!

Lemon juice2 tbsp.
Apple cider vinegar1 Pinch
Salt1 Pinch

Soak the cashews in water overnight.
Step 2/3
Pour off the excess water and thoroughly puree the nuts with the remaining ingredients in a blender.

Add water until the desired consistency is reached.
