Snack stands that sell marinated rice paper would be an idea, wouldn't they?

Mortar (note: you can of course also use the ready-made roast chicken seasoning from the supermarket).50 ml

For the roast chicken spice mix, grind all the ingredients together in a mortar. Pour in the olive oil and mix.

Moisten one rice paper at a time with water so that it becomes soft and then brush with the marinade. Fold in half, brush again and fold and brush one last time.

Fry the folded rice papers in a pan for a few minutes on both sides until crispy and the desired degree of crispiness is reached.
