Vegan cream with fruit topping

Is it time for a creamy dessert again? The answer to this question can only be yes! We have the perfect recipe for you: a vegan cream based on tofu with a fresh fruit topping. The dessert is prepared in no time and satisfies the sweet tooth! Have fun with the recipe.

Ingredients for

400 g

Silken tofu

3 Tsp.

Vanilla sugar

2 Units

bananas

200 g

Frozen berries

3 tbsp.

Chiasamen

4 tbsp.

Water

2 Tsp.

Lemon juice

6 tbsp.

Puffed quinoa

Step 1/6

First, puree the silken tofu with vanilla sugar and pour it into a jar.

Step 2/6

Then mix the bananas with the frozen berries, lemon juice and water in a blender.

Step 3/6

Next, you can stir in the chia seeds and pour the mixture into a bowl.

Step 4/6

Now you should leave everything to stand for about 10 minutes so that the chia seeds can swell.

Step 5/6

Then pour the fruit puree over the tofu cream and place in the fridge for at least half an hour.

Step 6/6

Finally, decorate the vegan cream with puffed quinoa for a little more bite!
