Vegane spicy Buffalo Wings

Whether you're looking for the ideal snack to watch the Superbowl or simply want to try some American comfort food classics: We got you! Plant-based, of course!

Ingredients for
50 ml
Mineral water
0.25 Tsp.
Cayennepfeffer
1.5 Tsp.
paprika powder
2 tbsp.
vegan margarine
0.5 Tsp.
Chilli powder
0.5 Tsp.
Garlic powder
1 tbsp.
Apple cider vinegar
1 Pinch
Salt
1 Pinch
Pepper

Step 1/4

First, prepare the vegan grinder fillet. Simply mix 175 ml cold water, 2 tbsp rapeseed oil and the contents of the bag. Place in the fridge and leave to soak for half an hour. Then form two fillets, dredge them in flour and fry them in 2 tbsp olive oil for 5-6 minutes until they have a nice golden color.

Then mix a breading from the wheat flour, mineral water, cayenne pepper, ½ teaspoon paprika powder, salt and pepper.

Turn the fillets cut into pieces in it and then fry them in more oil.

Step 4/4

Meanwhile, prepare the marinade by melting the vegan margarine and adding the remaining ingredients. Pour the mixture over the vegan grinder fillets and fry briefly. Ready to serve!
