Veganer French Toast

In the morning like a king! If you want to follow this motto, you can't go wrong with our vegan French toast.
3 tbsp.
Apple pulp1 to taste
Maple syrup0.25 Tsp.
Vanilla0.25 Tsp.
Cinnamon1 to taste
Mandelmus1 Tsp.
Coconut blossom sugar1 tbsp.
Chickpea flour1 Tsp.
Coconut oil1 to taste
Fresh berries80 ml
Plant drink2 Slices
(Spelt) toastStep 1/4
Combine chickpea flour, apple pulp, vegetable drink, coconut blossom sugar, cinnamon and vanilla in a shallow bowl and mix well.
Step 2/4
Cut the toast diagonally and soak the slices one by one in the mixture on both sides.
Step 3/4
Heat coconut oil in a pan and fry the soaked toast slices in it until golden brown on both sides.
Step 4/4
Serve with almond paste, fresh berries and a little maple syrup.
