Ordinary porridge was yesterday. This wheat bran porridge convinces with its fluffy light consistency.
2 tbsp.
fine rolled oats1 handful
Blueberries1 tbsp.
Coconut chips8 tbsp.
Wheat bran1 Tsp.
defatted cocoa150 ml

Bring the wheat bran, oat flakes and milk together in a saucepan over medium heat to a gentle boil. Important: Stir regularly so that nothing burns.

Once it starts to thicken a bit, add the cocoa powder and stir in well.
Step 3/4
The porridge should simmer until it has a nice fluffy consistency. If necessary, add a few oat flakes if it does not become firm enough.
Step 4/4
Garnish the finished porridge with muesli, berries and other toppings.
