75 ml | Oat drink |
2 Tsp. | Hazelnut puree |
0.5 Tsp. | Cinnamon |
2 Tsp. | agave syrup |
1 Pinch | Salt |
3 tbsp. | Soy yogurt |
75 | Wholemeal or spelt flour |
1 Tsp. | Baking powder |

Cut the apple in half and grate one half.

Add flour, baking powder, a little cinnamon, salt, agave syrup , 1 tsp of the hazelnut puree and oat drink to the grated apple and mix.

Set the dough aside and let it swell a little.

Meanwhile, heat the coconut oil in a pan and dice the remaining apple.

Fry about 5 pancakes from the batter in the pan and fry the diced apple as well. The apple caramelizes wonderfully in the pan.

Lastly, top the pancakes with cinnamon, soy yogurt and the remaining hazelnut puree.
