The many many ways to use kimchi
Kimchi is made from fermented vegetables and is a staple in Korean cuisine. Our kimchi is made following a classic recipe and using Chinese cabbage as the main ingredient. Other ingredients include carrots, white radish and spring onions. Ginger, chilli and garlic provide the spicy flavour and the tingling sensation that has helped make kimchi world renowned. In addition: We have decided to make a vegan version of traditional kimchi so that everyone can try it, as many kimchis contain fish sauce in the recipe. You can either enjoy kimchi on its own as a vegetable side dish or add it to your favourite recipes. The spicy and tangy kimchi flavours go perfectly with your favourite rice dishes. You can also use it in soups and stews to give them extra flavour. A well-known example is kimchi-jjigae, a Korean stew. However, kimchi also works great in fusion dishes. If you are looking for a unique flavour on your burger, you can use kimchi instead of pickles to add spiciness and acidity. You can also make a vegan kimchi burger with a KoRo burger patty. And you can even use it as an ingredient in your sandwiches and wraps, just try it out, you will love our kimchi!

Why why why pasteurized?!
I am putting one star just because fermented kimchi should not be pasteurized. It just makes no sense.
Tastes good, but pasteurized
Thank you very much for your feedback on the vegan kimchi! 🥬✨ We are pleased that you like the taste - at the same time, we understand your disappointment regarding the pasteurization. In fact, our kimchi is pasteurized to ensure a longer shelf life and product safety. If you are looking for a kimchi with active cultures, a fresh, unpasteurized product from the refrigerated section might be a better alternative for you. Thank you for your openness! 💛
Very tasty!
A change for health and appetite.
very good
Kimchi Is Awesome

Thank you for your honest and passionate feedback. 💚 We understand your frustration, especially if you’re looking for the live cultures typically associated with traditional, unpasteurized kimchi. Pasteurization does extend shelf life and ensures safety in shipping, but you're right: it also affects the probiotic content. We’ll pass this on to our product team. 💫
