Where and how does soya grow?

Our soya beans come from certified organic agriculture, and, with 42 g of it per 100 g, they are a wonderful source of plant-based protein; this is why these magic beans are particularly loved by vegetarians and vegans. Protein is crucial for the growth and overall health of our muscles, and, for children, to ensure the strength of their bones during the growth.

How to use and prepare soya

Meat can often easily be replaced with soy: you can experiment with soy strips, patties, medallions; but even the simple green soya beans and good old tofu are incredible allies in the kitchen! There are so many ways to use this versatile and nutritious bean, not just as a meat replacement. You can try using our beans in soups and stews, just like you would add regular beans to your favourite winter comfort food, but they will shin also in curries and vegetable pans.
