Ingredients for
85 g
Spelt flour
250 g
Skyr / Low fat curd
1 Tsp.
Baking powder
1 UNIT
Egg white
15 g
Butter or vegetable alternative

Step 1/8

Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat.

Step 2/8

Beat 1 tablespoon Skyr, butter and erythritol with hand mixer until fluffy.

Step 3/8

Mix together 75 grams of spelt flour, 10 grams of cocoa powder, protein powder and baking powder. Add the butter mixture and mix with the dough hooks or hands to form a dough.

Step 4/8

Divide dough into 3-4 equal parts, form into balls and flatten on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Form a small hollow and pull up the edges a little.

Step 5/8

For the curd mixture, mix 200g skyr, pudding powder and the egg white and spread in the center of the dough balls.

Step 6/8

For the crumble, mix the coconut flour, 10g of spelt flour, 5g of cocoa, 20g of erythritol and the applesauce. Work into crumbles and spread on the curd mixture.

Step 7/8

Bake in a preheated oven for about 20 min.

Step 8/8

Allow to cool and enjoy.
