Stevia hingegen ist ein Pflanzenextrakt, das extrem süß ist (bis zu 300 -mal süßer als Zucker) und oft einen leicht bitteren Nachgeschmack hat. Beide können zum Süßen verwendet werden, unterscheiden sich aber in Geschmack, Süßkraft und Anwendung – daher lohnt es sich, auszuprobieren, ob Du eher auf Erythrit oder Stevia setzt.
