Hearty deer thaler

You can enjoy the golden-colored thalers best with a fresh salad or baked vegetables. Of course, a fresh dip should not be missing.

Ingredients for
1 Pinch
Salt
1 grated
Carrot
20 g
Buckwheat flour
120 g
Millet
1 Pinch
Pepper
1 Pinch
Rosemary
1 point of a knife
Turmeric

Step 1/4

Boil millet in double amount of water for about 20 minutes.

Step 2/4

Mix grated carrot, salt, pepper, turmeric and rosemary and 2 tablespoons buckwheat flour into the millet.

Step 3/4

Allow the finished mass to cool slightly and shape into taler.

Step 4/4

Bake taler in oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
