You only need five ingredients for this cake. So get behind the stove and start baking!

Separate three of the four eggs.
Step 2/6
Whisk three egg whites with a pinch of salt. When they start to foam, carefully pour the erythritol over them and continue beating until they are firm.
Step 3/6
In another bowl, mix the three egg yolks, the whole egg, the flour and the powdered sugar until all the lumps disappear (the mixture will be lighter).
Step 4/6
Carefully fold the egg whites into the mixture.
Step 5/6
Place the dough in a metal tin covered with baking paper.
Step 6/6
Bake in the oven at 165 °C for 20 minutes.
