Spelt protein pancakes with quark strawberry topping

The protein-rich breakfast for the ideal Sunday morning.

Ingredients for
200 ml
Almond milk
2 tbsp.
Erythritol
1
Ei
3 tbsp.
Spelt flour
100 g
Low-fat quark
4 UNIT
Strawberries
0.5 Tsp.
Baking powder
0.5 Tsp.
Coconut oil

Step 1/4

Mix the ingredients for the dough in a bowl.

Step 2/4

Heat the coconut oil in the pan and add small blobs to the pan. Place the pan on medium heat and fry the pancakes for about 1 minute on each side.

Step 3/4

Mix the low-fat quark with erythritol and a little mineral water until it is nice and creamy.

Step 4/4

Wash and chop the strawberries and eat them together with the low-fat quark and the pancakes.
