How can I prepare my own fitness bread?

It’s super easy with our baking mix! All you need to do is knead 300g of the mix with 250ml of water for about 5 minutes to form a dough, then shape it into a loaf. If you have time, leave the dough to prove at 35°C for about 45 minutes and bake it in a preheated oven (bake for 5 minutes at 220°C top and bottom heat, then finish baking at 170 °C). If you’re in a hurry, pop the loaf straight into a non-preheated oven without leaving it to prove (bake for 10 minutes at 220°C, then finish baking at 170°C). The total baking time is between 45 and 55 minutes, depending on the shape. For an even crispier crust, simply place a heatproof dish filled with water in the oven.

It’s best to store the bread mix in a cool and dry place. In its unopened original packaging, it will keep for 9 months.
