Question 1

What can I do with freeze-dried strawberries covered in white chocolate?

Accepted Answer

Snack on them, use them to refine your dishes, give them as gifts – our freeze-dried strawberries in white chocolate are true all-rounders! Enjoy them on their own as a fruity-sweet snack, add them to your porridge or muesli, or use them to refine desserts, cakes and tarts. They also look wonderful on a candy bar or as a special gift – beautifully packaged in a storage jar, they are a real eye-catcher. No matter how you enjoy them, this duo always provides a little moment of happiness!

Question 2

How should I store the chocolate covered strawberries and how long do they keep?

Accepted Answer

It is best to store the chocolate strawberries in a cool, dry place away from light. They will keep for 12 months in their unopened original packaging.

Question 3

Are the chocolate covered strawberries vegan?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, our strawberries in white chocolate are not vegan, but we wouldn't be KoRo if we didn't have a plant-based alternative ready! Our freeze-dried strawberries in dark chocolate are ready to snack on for all vegans – and everyone else, of course!

Question 4

What is the advantage of freeze-drying?

Accepted Answer

The food is frozen immediately after harvesting and then placed in a vacuum container. A strong vacuum is created in this container until the water escapes from the food as water vapour over several hours. The result: a concentrated form of the fruit! This process leaves the ingredients virtually unchanged. And the colour, aroma and taste? They are particularly intense and authentic.

Question 5

What makes these strawberries so special?

Accepted Answer

Crunchy, fruity, heavenly sweet – our freeze-dried strawberries in white chocolate are the ideal snack for anyone who loves the best of both worlds. Freeze-drying preserves the full flavour of the fruit, while the delicate white chocolate provides a crispy coating. Best of all, thanks to this snack, you can enjoy the fruity sweetness of strawberries all year round – regardless of the season!
