What is special about chocolate muesli?

Accepted Answer

Only the best ingredients end up in our muesli, and with organic quality. The potpourri of oat, wheat and whole barley flakes is made especially delicious by the addition of coconut flakes, small rice crispies and puffed amaranth. Only through the vegan dark chocolate, however, in which the cornflakes are dipped, the muesli becomes our vegan chocolate muesli. So it happens that one bite is wonderfully crunchy, another nice airy and light and a third full-bodied chocolatey taste.

Is the chocolate muesli vegan?

It's all vegan! The basis of our muesli, i.e. the cereal flakes, are in principle vegan. But because we have also chosen purely plant-based ingredients for the dark chocolate in which the cornflakes are dipped, our organic chocolate muesli is purely vegan. It could soon be Everybody's Darling ...

Can I make chocolate muesli myself?

Accepted Answer

In principle, you can make muesli or granola yourself. You can simply mix the ingredients of your choice - spelt flakes, nuts, flaxseed, dried fruit, etc. - and optionally bake it in the oven with agave syrup. Then it becomes really nice and crunchy and gets an extra sweetness. For the chocolatey component, you could add, for example, strawberries in milk chocolate or rice crispies in cinnamon and milk chocolate to your granola. For granola out of the oven, but then of course add after baking. But in our vegan organic chocolate granola, we have done our best to achieve an incomparable combination of different components. If you do not want to miss this pleasure, then you will not get around our organic chocolate muesli.

Is breakfast the most important meal of the day?

We hear from various sources that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. However, we are never told what makes a meal "important. Even from a scientific point of view, there is no evidence that breakfast is more important than lunch, for example. And who actually says that you can only eat our vegan chocolate muesli for breakfast?

Does the chocolate muesli contain gluten?

Accepted Answer

Yes, because in addition to amaranth and rice crispies, our muesli also contains whole wheat, oat and barley flakes. Our chocolate muesli is therefore not suitable for you if you suffer from celiac disease or a gluten intolerance.

Do you have any other types of muesli in your range?

Accepted Answer

Breakfast is one of at least 3 favorite meals of us at KoRo, so of course we have several varieties of muesli in our assortment. For example: sprouted organic muesli or crunchy granola. In addition, we have of course basic ingredients, such as oats, spelt flakes or - as a real breakfast protein kick - Soya flakes. What you then spice up your muesli - with nut butters, nuts or dried fruit - we want to leave with our large assortment entirely up to you.

Is chocolate cereal healthy?

At KoRo, we generally refrain from dividing food into "healthy" and "unhealthy" categories. After all, healthy is first and foremost a balanced diet and an active lifestyle. With 11 g of dietary fibre per 100 g of chocolate muesli, it certainly scores with a high fibre content.
