To produce your pyramid salt, brine is first concentrated from seawater and salt lakes. This is then heated very slowly. On the surface of the brine, small pyramids are formed that grow larger and larger over time. These are skimmed off and dried. In the case of KoRo pyramid salt, this is done exclusively by natural sunlight. The entire production process of pyramid salt is therefore even more complex than that of Fleur de Sel.
