Prepare a delicious oatmeal porridge with berries, cacao nibs, coconut chips and cashews.

200 ml | Plant drink |

1 handful | Cashew kernels |
100 | Berries (frozen) |
2 Tsp. | Rice protein |
1 Pinch | Salt |

Put oat flakes, chia seeds, flax seeds and psyllium husks in a saucepan with cinnamon and a pinch of salt.

Add 200 ml of vegetable milk or water and bring to a simmer.

When bubbles form, reduce heat and stir well.

Now add rice protein and frozen berries.

Leave on the stove for another 2-3 minutes on low heat.

Transfer to a bowl and stir in almond paste. Then top with berries, cacao nibs, coconut chips and cashews.
