Question 1

Is this vegan protein powder soy free?

Accepted Answer

That's right! Our vegan hazelnut protein powder is made from pea and broad bean protein – with no added soy in the recipe. However, our supplier does not produce in a completely soy-free environment, which is why soy is listed as a potential allergen. If you are particularly sensitive to soya or have an allergy, you should keep this in mind.

Question 2

Is this protein powder vegan?

Accepted Answer

Of course! We use fava bean and pea protein for our creamy protein powder, making it ideal for a vegan diet.

Question 3

Is this protein powder suitable for cooking and baking?

Accepted Answer

Our protein powder is sweetened with sucralose – a sweetener that should not be heated. We therefore advise against using this protein powder for baking or cooking. However, you can stir it into your muesli or ready-made porridge.

Question 4

What is the best time to take protein powder?

Accepted Answer

Protein powder is usually taken around training time, either before or after a workout. This is because protein helps to maintain and increase muscle mass. However, you can also enjoy a delicious shake at any time without exercising to help you meet your daily (hazelnut and) protein requirements a little more easily.

Question 5

How much protein is in one serving of this protein powder?

Accepted Answer

One serving consists of 30g of powder and thus contains 22.8g of protein. For optimal taste, we recommend mixing the powder with about 400ml of water or plant-based drink in a shaker.

Question 6

How much vegan protein powder should I consume per day?

Accepted Answer

Your daily protein intake depends primarily on your body weight and activity level. The DGE recommends that adults between the ages of 19 and 65 consume approximately 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight per day. Those who train more intensively may have higher requirements. One serving of our protein powder (30g) provides 22.8g of protein. So you can easily calculate how much of it fits into your daily routine. Important: Protein powder is only a supplement and not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet!

Question 7

Does vegan protein powder support muscle growth?

Accepted Answer

Of course! You just have to make sure you get the right amount and quality of protein. The amino acid profile and the amount of protein per serving are crucial. Our hazelnut flavoured vegan protein powder combines pea and broad bean protein – a plant-based combination that complements each other perfectly and provides you with protein.

Question 8

What is this vegan protein powder made from?

Accepted Answer

Our vegan protein powder is based on pea and broad bean protein.
