Wie werden die gefriergetrockneten Pfirsichscheiben hergestellt?

Gefriertrocknung ist bereit eine uralte Erfindung, bei der durch Wasserentzug Lebensmittel länger haltbar gemacht werden. Das Obst wird geschnitten und dann erstmal in Gefriertrocknungsmaschinen eingefroren. Eine solche Maschine besteht aus zwei Kammern, die miteinander verbunden sind. In der einen wird die Frucht tiefgefroren, in der anderen wird sie einem Unterdruck  ausgesetzt. In dieser sogenannten Vakuumkammer wird den Pfirsichen ein großer Anteil Wasser entzogen. Das Ergebnis sind unsere leckeren, gefriergetrockneten Pfirsichscheiben, die in der 350 g-Packung in unserem Onlineshop auf Dich warten.
