Attention, attention, everyone step aside please, our special guest is coming. It tastes caramel-like, a bit like a pear and sweet and sour like grapefruit. Maybe you don't know its name, but it has real star qualities and is an absolute VIP among our fruit powders: Baobab! We admit, we did not know too much with the fruit at first either, but you know us: we won't sell you anything we don't know and aren't convinced of! The fruit grows on the baobab tree, which is native to Africa, Australia and Madagascar. The fruit looks a bit like a giant, greenish brown potato hanging from a tree. But it is incredibly tasty, with a sour smell and a flavour close to a fusion of pear, caramel and a bit of grapefruit. If that's not a wild mix! Organic baobab powder - order online now at KoRo!
Baobab powder: flavour bomb!
You can do a lot with the freeze-dried fruit powder: The flesh of the baobab fruit is easily soluble in water and therefore makes an excellent addition to smoothie bowls, yoghurt, porridge or muesli. You can use it to colour and spice up your favourite desserts or even bake with it. All of our freeze-dried fruit and vegetable powders are fantastic for adding a fresh twist to your snacks and we at KoRo have the whole fruity rainbow covered: Be pretty in pink with our raspberry, strawberry and beetroot powders; dive into a deep orange sunset with rose hip, ginger or guarana powders; enhance the baobab's beautiful yellow with mango powder; make green magic with barley grass or spinach; use algae for blue vibes with our spirulina powder or paint the world purple with blackcurrant and açai powders (and there are even more powders in the shop!). As you can see, you can make a real powder fest with KoRo!
