Question 1

Does the organic sour cherry and coconut cookie contain gluten?

Accepted Answer

No, our organic cookie is gluten-free. We use gluten-free oats in the production process. This means you can enjoy the cookie even if you have a gluten intolerance.

Question 2

How should I store the cookies and how long do they keep?

Accepted Answer

It is best to store the cookies in a cool, dry place away from direct light. In the unopened original packaging, they will keep for 9 months.

Question 3

Is this cookie organic?

Accepted Answer

Of course! All the ingredients come from certified organic farming.

Question 4

Is this cookie vegan?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely! We use no animal products whatsoever in the recipe. This makes the cookie the ideal sweet snack for your plant-based diet.

Question 5

What is the difference between sweet cherries and sour cherries?

Accepted Answer

The biggest difference lies in the taste and acidity: whilst sweet cherries are usually crisp and very sweet, sour cherries – as the name suggests – have a pleasant fruity tartness. It is precisely this subtle tartness that gives our coconut biscuit its freshness and keeps the oaty texture wonderfully moist, without the cookie becoming too sweet.

Question 6

What makes this cookie so special?

Accepted Answer

What makes it special is the brilliant combination of a tropical holiday vibe and fruity freshness: gently roasted cashews and gluten-free oats form the compact, oaty base. These are joined by plenty of coconut ingredients (such as desiccated coconut and coconut chips) for that typical coconut flavour, rounded off by the subtle tartness of dried sour cherries. What’s more, this vegan biscuit is high in fibre (7.5g /100g) and contains no unnecessary additives.
