What is special about ginger with dark chocolate?

Accepted Answer

Ginger and chocolate: Fruity-hot meets chocolaty-sweet. It is exactly this contrast that makes the ginger snack so unique and indispensable for your movie night. Taste explosion guaranteed! The advantage: We know how addictive the chocolate ginger makes, which is why you get a whole kilo of our noble snack directly!

Question 4

How is the ginger snack made?

Accepted Answer

To produce dried ginger, the rhizomes are not harvested 2-3 months after planting, as is the case with fresh ginger, but 9-10 months after planting. Then they are mature and have an increased pungency. To reduce this again somewhat, the fresh ginger is boiled down in fructose and then gently air-dried. Finally, finish with a little dark chocolate - and the ultimate snack is ready!

Our ginger in dark chocolate has 417 calories per 100 g. With a whole 7.1 g per 100 g, the ginger snack is also rich in fiber.

Accepted Answer
