We offer many of our snacks in large packages. This way, we try to save on both transport routes and packaging waste. It also allows us to offer you the snacks at a reasonable price. The various delicacies that you can order from us online also have a long shelf life, so you don't have to worry about anything going bad in the near future – but in our experience, they don't survive for too long anyway.

Or, if you are looking for a sweet snack with no added sugar, try our chocolate-chip oat cookies. The combination of sweet chocolate and crunchy oat biscuits is so delicious that we always make sure we have enough of them within easy reach.

As an athlete, it is particularly important to supply your body with enough protein. Snacks that contain protein, such as our protein bars, are therefore popular with sports enthusiasts. Our roasted and salted edamame beans contain as much as 43 g protein per 100 g.

We don't like to categorise food as healthy or unhealthy, because a balanced and varied diet is healthy in itself. This means that you should consume enough macro and micronutrients for your needs from a wide variety of foods. You can eat a balanced diet with or without snacks. What is important is that, in addition to all the snacks, you also eat enough fresh food such as fruit and vegetables.
