We moved warehouses, and brought shipping delays
This summer, we had a warehouse sale to coincide with our move to a bigger warehouse! An exciting moment for us as a company, as it meant we could handle more orders and improve customer experience. However, as people came back from summer holidays, the number of orders kept rising (great news, we know!), but this spike in orders, combined with our recent warehouse move has meant our warehouse and operations teams have faced a challenge in shipping every order out on time.
