What does bulk actually mean?
Bulk means nothing more than ‘mass’ in English. However, the bulk goods can be very different. There are bulk items in almost every industry. And since you landed on our site today, you will find food in extra large quantities here. For example, we offer our red lentils in a 25 kg bulk pack.
But perhaps you also know bulk from the fitness sector. When you're in the bulking phase, you need bulk, especially in the form of proteins and carbohydrates. But bulk is not just protein powder – we also have that in our shop – we particularly wanted to offer you stacks for sports nutrition in bulk. Whether it's lentils, chickpeas, sunflower seeds, rice, almond butter, oats – the ultimate bulk food – or nuts, all macro- and micronutrients for ideal sports nutrition are covered with ease. This means you don't have to constantly re-purchase, but are supplied with your favourite products for an extra long time.
The advantage of bulk packs
We are fans of bulk packs – no question about it. That's why you can find almost all of our products in an affordable bag. And these are usually significantly larger than the regular packaging sizes found in supermarkets. With our even larger packs, we not only give you more food for less money, but also even more great benefits. Not only do you avoid a lot of packaging waste and save on shopping stress – transport distances can be reduced and you can also bring joy to others at the same time. We assume that you have come here because you are looking for the right amount to provide other people with culinary delights. With our top-quality food, we not only enchant you, but also all your loved ones with a satisfied smile!
All questions about our bulk items
Who are the bulk items for?
The original idea of bulk items was another product version, which runs under the name mass production. Often, the products are also used for further processing and are basic foodstuffs, like our chickpeas. The whole thing usually concerns restaurant operators or other sectors of the economy – hence the link to B2B. However, we stand for transparency and straightforwardness. That's why you can purchase food in bulk packs from us without any authorisations or bureaucratic red tape. Whether you want to cook for your extended family, stock up on supplies in your shared flat or start your own business – it's entirely up to you. Go for it if you're looking for the ultimate packaging size!
What is the difference between bulk and tray items?
Our bulk range consists of large containers – in other words, really large packages. For example, you can buy our organic oat flakes in a 25kg container as a bulk item or as a 4 x2.5 kg set in a tray. In the end, you have a significantly larger quantity with a bulk product than with a tray item. What's more, with bulk products you only get one type of packaging, whereas with the tray sets you can buy our normal packaging size in multiple versions.
Which items can I purchase in bulk?
Our bulk range includes a selection of undisputed must-haves, including our brown almond butter in a 5kg tub! We offer you a wide range of foods in bulk, from (pseudo)cereals such as oats and quinoa to red lentils and chickpeas to sunflower seeds – most of them are organic and all of them are vegan! If your favourite is missing, be sure to let us know – and we'll do our best to fulfil your wish!
How can I use bulk items?
If you run a neighbourhood café, have opened your favourite restaurant or run a business catering service: Here you go! On the other hand, you can of course also buy an extremely large supply for you and your family or flat share, such as 25kg of chickpeas in top organic quality, to ensure you can make hummus for the near future. But our bulk items are also perfect for parties, family gatherings or events! Our shelled organic sunflower seeds in a 25kg container, for example, are a great party snack!
What are the delivery quantities of KoRo bulk items?
We can't give you a general answer to that: it always depends on the product!
For example, you can purchase our brown almond butter and our white almond butter in a 5kg tub. On the other hand, you can find our organic oat flakes in a 25kg bulk pack. We think this comparison gives you a good idea of how different it can be. It's best to search directly for the product you want or simply click through our range: happy bulk shopping!
